Free Optionals

Free optional subjects are UC of any course or branch/specialisation/speciality of the study cycle or subsequent to the course in which the student is enrolled but that do not integrate the study plan of his/her course.
Free optional subjects can only be registered in free optional subjects by students enrolled in course/semesters whose study plan includes. The student should check the study plan to see if the free optional courses are subject to any restrictions (such as a specific scientific area).
Free optional courses are courses made available and to be taught in the UÉ's courses. The student may not enrol in courses of a study cycle of a lower level than the one in which he is enrolled, unless permitted by the study plan.
Not all subjects taught may be offered by the Departments for registration as free optional subjects and the Departments may, if they so wish, set a limit on enrolment in them. In case the allocation of vacancies will be made in order of enrolment.
