From the tile-clad classrooms of Colégio do Espírito Santo to the auditoriums and the Granite Garden, UÉvora boasts large, versatile indoor and outdoor spaces that can be used to set the stage for different initiatives and events.

COLÉGIO ESPÍRITO SANTO AUDITORIUM

With a seating capacity of 329, this fully equipped auditorium offers excellent conditions for presentations, conferences, conventions, lectures or concerts.

MATEUS D’ARANDA AUDITORIUM

Located just off Giraldo Square, in the building that houses the Department of Music.

COLÉGIO DO ESPÍRITO SANTO AMPHITHEATRE

With a seating capacity of 100, this fully equipped amphitheatre offers excellent conditions for presentations, conferences, conventions, lectures or concerts.

FORMER COLÉGIO DO ESPÍRITO SANTO REFECTORY

Opened in 1589, the room has a rectangular design with nine spans and groin vaults resting on eight white marble Doric columns. The 18th-century chequered tiles are the College’s oldest feature which, together with the large marble tables and magnificent Tribuna (where the Annual Letters were read), make this room unique.

CLASSROOMS

All of the halls of the College's cloister are clad in tiles depicting the various subjects, from Greek Philosophy to Geography and Sacred Scripture, as well as hunting and fishing scenes.
