Clinical supervision in nursing is crucial to guaranteeing effective and comprehensive support in the supervisor-supervisee relationship, ensuring quality in the process of monitoring and developing personal and professional skills, for critical-reflective construction and consolidation of professional identity. The aim of this postgraduate programme is to develop nursing professionals' knowledge, skills and abilities in the field of clinical supervision of students and nurses.
