Course Overview
This course results from the evolution and consolidation of the research area in Educational Administration and Management, which has been developed in the Department of Pedagogy and Education, at the University of Évora since 1995. This master's degree provides personal and professional training, supported by a repertoire of knowledge and technical skills, which aims to equip future masters with reflective skills, capable of leading the process of effective and progressive improvement of educational institutions. It also aims to enhance transformational leadership skills and the development of organizational cultures, which may enable it to be a resource to be used as a governance tool.It also enables the exercise of the position of School Director and enables the subsequent exercise of the performance of intermediate and top management positions, in schools and in other educational institutions: municipalities, state bodies, private institutions, non-governmental organizations, among others. It also offers the possibility of continuing research in the PhD in Educational Sciences at the University of Évora. Based on its own highly qualified teaching staff, the Master's Course in CE-Administration, Regulation and Educational Policies presents the most innovative things done at the national level and International.

Career Prospects
