Course Overview

Betting on internationalization, mobility, and responding to the challenges of the global world, the Erasmus Mundus Master?s program TPTI: Techniques, Patrimoine et Territoires de l?Industrie (Techniques, Heritage, and Territories of Industry) is an international master's degree that brings together nine universities: Paris-1 Panthéon Sorbonne, University of Évora, University of Padua, Polytechnic University of Prague, University of Oviedo, University of Sfax, Cheikh Anta Diop University of Dakar, University of Kagoshima, and the University of Córdoba.
This program aims to deepen knowledge about Cultural Heritage, particularly Technical, Industrial, and Landscape Heritage, through historical and territorial analysis, research and management, action research, and heritage enhancement. Taught by professors from different countries with expertise in the scientific fields covered by this program, it offers students diverse perspectives on Cultural Heritage in highly varied geographical and cultural contexts. The goal is to train specialists capable of safeguarding and managing Cultural Heritage while considering it as a means to promote sustainable development and the cultural enrichment of different regions and countries.

Students are prepared for professional careers through internships, language learning, and mobility across various European and non-European countries. At the University of Évora, this master's program is presented as a specialization area within the Master's in Management and Enhancement of Historical and Cultural Heritage.

Specific Entry Requirements

The evaluation criteria of applications are defined by the master Erasmus Mundus + TPTI: Techniques, Heritage, and Industrial Landscape consortium. Evaluation of applications is done by the Master Scientific Committee (CSLM) members, composed of representatives from the different universities of the consortium, at a defined date according to the European Union Erasmus Mundus+ program time-limits
