Course Overview
Today, the synergy between visual arts and multimedia through digital platforms is inevitable. As such, throughout the course students are encouraged to harness knowledge from both areas, focusing on visual art and digital media technologies, art history and art studies to help them create technological and theoretical works, thereby building their own identify to assert themselves as creative agents. The curricular units also allow students to design their own pathways centred around digital, two-dimensional and three-dimensional artistic technologies.

Career Prospects
UÉ Visual Arts and Multimedia graduates will be ready to design, develop and produce artistic works and effectively engage in the art world using their visual arts and multimedia skills and qualifications. They will also be able to assert themselves as creative agents in the culture and entertainment markets. Graduates will be able to create artistic projects for cultural production companies and creative agencies, and carry out multi- and transdisciplinary artistic practice and research on their own or in a group.
