Outside of Europe
There are different mobility programmes aimed at fostering mobility to countries outside of Europe. The Santander Scholarships support mobility between Latin-American countries, the Association of Portuguese Language Universities promotes mobility between institutions of Portuguese-speaking countries, and the Erasmus+ Programme, through the International Credit Mobility programme , supports mobility to higher education institutions (HEI) in countries outside of Europe.
