This curricular unit aims to provide students with theoretical and practical concepts to develop quantitative research.

5. Analysis of quantitative data with the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) program.

Teaching Methods

Classes will take place throughout the odd semester. The T classes are plenary with the support of audiovisual media where the scientific knowledge is transmitted and the critical attitude and reflection of the students is encouraged. TP classes involve the analysis of quantitative data with the SPSS program, in the computer room.
The student's evaluation will be done through two processes:
1. Continuous assessment (75% attendance):
- Individual response to the two written tests on the T and TP syllabus using the SPSS program on the computer on dates to be agreed throughout the semester. Each of the two tests will correspond to 50% of the final grade and the average of both will be performed. UC approval requires a minimum final grade of 10 points.
2. Final evaluation:
Final written exam on the T and TP syllabus using the SPSS program on the computer (100% of the final classification). UC approval requires a minimum final grade of 10 points.
