Sustainable Development Goals

Learning Goals

To prepare the students for practical work and team work and to put them in touch with iconographic sources
for the study of cultural heritage.

These objectives are achieved through three different modules:
1. Stage in which the students have direct contact with the pratice of heritage and with the conservation,
valorization and management of cultural heritage projects.
2. Tutored projects aimed to teach students how to work in groups in a double perspective: both
multidisciplinary and intersectoral.

Contents

1. Study visits.
2. Tutored project: themes to be developed by the various groups are defined every year according with the
major lines of investigation of the Consortium TPTI.

Teaching Methods

The study visits are prepared with the expectation that students will present relevant reports.
In the tutored project, the students are divided into groups that intersect with the initial competences:
architecture, history, archeology, museology, etc. Each project is directed by a professor and supported by
two tutors, either doctorate candidates or professionals, who meet biweekly with the students (in person, or by
web conference). During the other week, the students meet professionals (sometimes during study visits). I

Evaluation consists in reports, the result of the tutored project.
