Course Overview
The PhD program in Veterinary Sciences is designed to promote the creation of research skills in the scientific field of Veterinary Sciences, in close connection with other agricultural sciences, life sciences and health sciences. The PD-CVET/UE ? benefits from the multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary characteristics of the departmental organization of the University of E ?vora and its associated research centers, allowing the acquisition of skills that are both transversal and adapted to each thesis project. This PhD program counts on the support of researchers with a PhD degree from the University of Evora and researchers associated with other national and international institutions of recognized merit.

Specific Entry Requirements
a) Master (MSc) degree or equivalent within the Veterinary Medicine area or related;
b) Bachelor (BSc) degree in Life Sciences, Animal Science or related areas with a especially relevant scientific curriculum;
c) Candidates holding a scientific or professional curriculum of exceptional relevance within the Veterinary Science area.
