Course Overview

The main objective of the PhD program in Agricultural and Environmental Sciences is to promote the conciliation between agricultural production and environmental quality, preserving functional processes and biodiversity. This 3rd Cycle is a scientific-pedagogical interface between agrarian sciences and environmental sciences, generating synergies that promote production processes more sustainable and territorially more balanced. The functional integration of both domains will be the main distinguishing feature of this PhD program, which is believed to be different in the national panorama of the 3rd Cycle offer.
