Course Overview

The increasing scarcity of water for irrigation makes it imperative to improve its efficiency of use. Nowadays, this is possible with the use of various digital technologies.
The objective of this course is to introduce students to the different digital technologies that can be used in irrigation management, providing them with information and knowledge that will allow them to use these technologies to improve irrigation practices with the aim of increasing the productivity of agricultural production, but also from an environmental perspective of preserving water resources.
