Course Overview

This degree course provides students with solid knowledge in the main areas of psychology and related fields, offering fundamental training to understand the psychology behind human functioning. The study plan is designed for diversified and flexible training according to the European Certificate in Psychology (EuroPsy). It fosters scientific and personal development and has a comprehensive approach, taking into account people, groups and systems, incorporating a link between theory and practice, and is innovative in different aspects of psychology training.

Career Prospects

According to the European Certificate in Psychology, this degree provides students access to second-cycle studies in Psychology, after which they are given access to professional traineeships offered by the Portuguese Psychologists Association (Ordem dos Psicólogos Portugueses - OPP), so they can practice as psychologists.
