Teaching Methods
The methodology will be active in order to stimulate participation and creativity of the student. Expositive method for the theoretical. Method demonstrative the techniques discussed. Skills training with feedback in relaxation sessions planned and oriented by students.
Written test for the evaluation of knowledge (60%), assessment of planning and execution of a relaxation session selected by the student (40%).
