Sustainable Development Goals
Learning Goals
This course aims to inform students about the techniques of groundwater prospecting and the more
appropriate methods for groundwater abstraction.
It is intended that in the end the student can do a working project for groundwater abstraction.

Teaching Methods
Lectures and field work. In the field, students will have access to drilling places for groundwater
abstraction and the opportunity to observe drilling equipments and the construction of wells.
The evaluation will be based on written examinations of the theoretical components and a written report
from the field work.
