Contents
1.The relationship -The relational source of psychic life. From early intercommunication to relationship. From the internalization of communication patterns, to the construction of dynamic models of relationship.
2.The communication The pragmatics of communication"The behavior as communication or the impossibility of not communicating."The process of communication (verbal and nonverbal communication; communication parameters; communication disorders) The relationship as a subject of communicative practice. Virtual communication
3.Being in the relationship and communicate with each other.- Who I am and how I am with the other. From the emotional literacy to social skills ( self-knowledge and emotion management ;the active listening; empathy;the assertive communication)

Teaching Methods
? Field work centered on the observation of communicative situations, as well as theoretical and research
? Realization of activities, structured and semi-structured, self-knowledge and communication.
? Being in-group, because the intra-personal exploration is essential, not least the space of interaction that allows the group.
? Reflection-on activities.
The methodologies used are therefore active and experiential methodologies, centered on student learning, with which we seek to lead to the construction of significant knowledge and the development of skills.
? Realization of activities, structured and semi-structured, self-knowledge and communication.
? Being in-group, because the intra-personal exploration is essential, not least the space of interaction that allows the group.
? Reflection-on activities.

Assessment
Continuous assessment system
1. Role-playing exercise and respective report (transcription of the listening role-playing and reflection on all the components of this exercise (45%).
2. Completion of a portfolio - report of 4 of the activities/tasks carried out in classes throughout the semester; reflection on the development process and acquired skills and their integration into the training path (45%).
3. Construction of a dialogue observation grid based on what has been learned about communication (10%)
Final assessment system
1. Role-playing exercise, carried out in one of the last classes of the semester in the in which the student is enrolled. Activity identical to that carried out under the continuous assessment regime (50%)
2. Completion of a portfolio - report of the completion of a set of seven activities indicated by the teacher; reflection on the development process and acquired skills and their integration into the training path (50%)
