In the final part of the Semester, the various evaluation moments would testify the student´s acquired knowledge and the consequent enrichment of his(her) skills as a performer or composer.

Teaching Methods
Theoretical exposition of the main topics of the curricular unit, case studies, and scientific discussions of the proposed student´s works with tutorial accompaniment in what concerns the student´s learning process and the respective oral and written skills. A methodology will be used combining theoretical exposition, based on the need to theorise ideas presented by the students, with group work, debate and criticism based on examples of research work.

Continuous Evaluation
- Report analysing the methodological component of a master's or doctoral dissertation or other scientific publication (50%) (with prior oral presentation)
- Research Project (35%)
- Oral presentation of the Research Project (15%)
