1.Deepen technical instrumental/compositional performance.
2.Foster a multidisciplinary awareness of Music Education, aiming for a synthesis of knowledge acquired during the 1st and 2nd cycles and its application to instrumental/compositional practice.

4.Develop strategies for autonomous and responsible work.
5.Acquire knowledge of Music Education teaching materials, specifically suitable teaching methods for Music Initiation (1th - 4th grade) and students from 2th cycle of Basic Education (5th and 6th grade) in the student's specialization area.
6.Deepen the understanding of planning in teaching/learning situations and reflect on the pedagogical aspects of the repertoire in the current Instrument/Composition programs, at the 1st and 2nd cycle levels.

Contents
Study of works from the instrumental/vocal repertoire; conception and realization of an instrumental/vocal and compositional project. Mastery of techniques, teaching materials, and repertoires at the 1st and 2nd cycle levels.
General: Correct instrument positioning, posture, finger placement.
Specific:
a. WIND INSTRUMENTS: Breathing, embouchure, technique; sound development; register control.
b. STRINGS: Left-hand placement (basic tuning principles), bow placement, dynamic control; vibrato; harmonics; hand independence.
c. PIANO: Hand placement, basic articulation and dynamics.
d. GUITAR: Open strings, introduction to right-hand use (arpeggios and finger alternation); hand and finger coordination; positions.
e. PERCUSSION/DRUMS: Basic classical and rudimentary (marching band) techniques. Down | Up | Full stroke, motor coordination, polyrhythmic independence.

Initial definition of the individual work program and specific bibliography by the instructor, tailored to each student.
Individual interactive sessions (comments, exemplification, reinforcement, formative assessment, self-assessment, detailed assignment of individual work to be completed before the next session, and advance planning).

Written work (and its presentation approx. 10 minutes) on suitable initiation methods for each student's specialization area - 20%
Public examination before a jury:
Interpretation: (approximately 30 minutes): individual instrumental performance ? (30%), and chamber music (30%)
Composition: presentation of a compositional project completed during the semester - 60%
