Contents
Case management (person-centered care);
Assessment of the person with a wound, making use of self (knowledge, critical thinking skills) and appropriate instruments for the assessment of the wound and the person with a wound;
Analysis and interpretation of data collected from the person with wound
Planning and intervention in the person with wound;
Reflexive and critical analysis of clinical situations worked out.

Teaching Methods
As this is a curricular unit that takes place in the context of clinical practice, the emphasis is on clinical reasoning in the face of clinical assessment and resources (assessment instruments and therapeutic options) available in services. Students are guided in the contexts by a clinical supervisor.
Assessment
The evaluation will be carried out through a group work, a case study, whose classification corresponds to 100% of the final grade. To have a positive evaluation, students will have to obtain a minimum of 10 points on a scale of 0 to 20.
