Learning Goals

The UC aims to obtain knowledge, skills and competences in all areas considered important to the development of research, scientific writing of papers and preparing the doctoral dissertation in veterinary sciences.

Contents

Students can enroll in CU of the University of Évora in scientific areas considered relevant for the PhD objectives. Students can also obtain training in other universities, research institutions, scientific societies or laboratories. This training includes participation in conferences, congresses, seminars, workshops and lectures that are considered relevant for the student's training within the frame of the PhD programme.

Teaching Methods

The students can attend the training considered relevant to the cycle of studies, including within the scope of their professional activities. Face-to-face sessions in the University of Évora can include seminars, but will be mainly composed of tutorial sessions
The volume of work and skills acquired will be evaluated by the jury of the UC and the evaluation will be exclusively qualitative.
