Learning Goals
As learning objectives, students to obtain approval of the Thematic Seminar curricular unit must:
• Systematize a set of skills acquired in different areas of study in tourism, showing updated knowledge and objectivity.
• Understand the role and relationship of the actors in the tourist phenomenon under study from their areas of intervention.
• Develop a reflective and critical approach in addressing the phenomenon under study based on theoretical-conceptual assumptions / models and the evidence practiced by tourism stakeholders.

Teaching Methods
Methodologies that stimulate students' personal and professional development will be promoted, based on reflection, critical questioning and continuous analysis, properly guided and framed in the teaching and tutorial sessions. Spaces for individual and group. Teaching methods: Expository method, using audiovisual media and indication of general and specific bibliography, in theoretical classes presenting the theoretical, analytical and methodological guidelines of the discipline and systematization and problematization of the syllabus. Active method in theoretical-practical classes, preferably organized around the collective discussion about texts or other work materials (participating in conferences within the scope of subjects covered in the course, etc.); reading, presentation and critical discussion of selected texts around authors, perspectives and cases of empirical application.
