Objectives:
1. Accompanying the students in person and tutorially during the development, preparation and defense of the project work report and final presentation of their work, not intending to replace the work of the advisors, but rather as an incentive for the completion of the final work;
2. Accompany students in the elaboration of their Project Work Plan and Schedule;
3. Promote involvement, sharing, self-reflection and debate on research by stimulating the development of the critical spirit of all;
4. Prepare students for the defense of the project work report and final exhibition of the artwork.
Skills: know how to plan the different stages of research; communicate and discuss orally the research contents; know how to listen and integrate criticism of the artwork; effectively present the investigation in the time required in the examination, and; defend the sustainability of the artwork in the context of a professional working life.

Contents
1. Rules for the preparation of the project plan, schedule and project work report in a clear manner to achieve the objectives and expected results;
2. Research methodologies more appropriate to the orientation and the theme chosen by the students in the presentation of their research;
3. Supervise students' work during the preparation of their project report, providing them with an effective evolution of their research;
4. Preparation for the final stage of defense of the project work report and final exposition of the work.

Teaching Methods
The methodologies used will be as follows:
1. Three classroom sessions where students make presentations on the progress of the work, two in the third semester and one in the fourth;
2. Use of web platforms in order to establish greater contact and interactivity with students for the progression and consolidation of each visual arts research project;
3. Presentation and discussion of their final work project for the preparation of public defense, in the fourth session that will take place at the end of the last semester. The assessment will be qualitative, with the student passing or failing, and will not be counted towards the grade average.
