Teaching Methods

The adopted methodology is based on challenge-based and inquiry-based learning (Inquiry-Based Learning ? IBL), promoting students' active engagement in activities such as reading and information research, exploration of programming and robotics environments, use of educational applications for children, and the design of interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary educational proposals. This approach requires active and reflective participation from students, with regular attendance being a fundamental requirement for monitoring and developing the proposed activities (cf. Article 97 of the RAUE).

Assessment

I. Continuous Assessment System
Assessment takes place throughout the entire teaching period on a continuous basis, through the completion of various tasks, both individually and in groups. The final grade will be determined based on the following components:
A. Learning Checkpoint (Quiz) ? 30%
B. Group Work (Technology-Based Activity Proposal) ? 40%
C. Participation and Engagement (Class Flashbacks) ? 30%

II. Final Assessment System
Assessment consists of a written exam, to be taken during the assessment period defined in the academic calendar. The grade obtained in the written exam will account for 100% of the final grade.
