Learning Goals

The main objective of this course is to challenge the group of students to create, organize and implement a multidisciplinary event. This event (seminar in design), although focusing on the scientific area of the Master, can be variable through the proposal that each student will present at the event. To this end, students will be responsible for creating all the materials inherent to a public event, to be applied to the various supports, from the idea, dissemination to completion.

In this sequence, another of the objectives of this curricular unit is to stimulate the students' critical sense, whether in the debate of ideas until the systematization in an article that they will develop following the public presentation in the seminar mentioned above.

Teaching Methods

Classes will be taught by thematic modules with insertion of topics to be debated, introduced by teachers as it evolves in the form of presentation. The typology of projects is essentially practical, assuming prior research, reflection and planning.

EVALUATION
In the evaluation of NORMAL SEASON students can choose one of the two regimes: Continuous or Final Evaluation.

1. CONTINUOUS EVALUATION SCHEME
Evaluation components:
a) Participation in the organization and implementation of the seminar: 20%;
b) Work developed during the period of classes with the accompaniment of the teacher, in this case it will focus on the developed article: 40%;
c) Presentation and defense of the work developed, which takes place during the "Normal Season Evaluations" period and is based on the completion of the seminar: 40%.

2. FINAL EVALUATION SCHEME
a) Work developed during the period of classes with the accompaniment of the teacher: 40%;
b) Examination based on the content taught: 60%
