This course connects the subjects taught during the course applied in a real or simulated. The knowledge acquired is shown in the conduct of a management plan or development of a proposed business students.
The course aims to give students the necessary knowledge to understand general aspects of the framework for the analysis, evaluation and project management business.
This course introduces the main concepts and theoretical tools that are used in the preparation, evaluation and project management and applies them in a concrete project.
In this course there is a more specific purpose of verification and validation of specific and generic skills identified in the profile of a degree in Management from the University of Évora.
To achieve the aims and the goals and objectives of skills students develop a group plan or business plan.

Teaching Methods
Methodologies:
*2 teaching periods, theoretical-practical of 2 hours each
*use of the e-learning platform in order to establish greater contact and interactivity with students
*research and reflection using group work in the classroom
*carrying out individual and group work, which consists of collecting information for the proposal of a business project idea
*carrying out a group work in order to prepare the business project
* students develop extra-curricular work, reading bibliography, magazines and newspapers and preparing the requested work
* students must bring a computer to face-to-face sessions
Continuous evaluation:
Individual pitch of the business idea (IT) 5%
Group pitch of the business idea (TG 1) 10%
Group business project (TG 2) 10% + 50%
Five group assignments in the classroom (TG/I) 5% each
Final assessment: Group business project - 100%
