Learning Goals

Development of knowledge about recreation and leisure sports, providing a first general approach to the subject and opening horizons for the future to deepen the various subjects, to carry out in later years, other courses in the Minor Activities in the Exploration of Nature.
In practical terms we want students to develop skills related to:
- Alternative Sports
- Exploration of Nature Activities (Canoeing, sailing, mountain biking, Mountaineering)
The approach to these questions will be based in the area and depth of fundamental concepts and practical application of knowledge.

1.6 - Alternative Sports

Teaching Methods

Classroom work: The practical skills will be acquired in person at the places where different activities will be developed, because of the specificity of each one.
The evaluation will: a) carrying out a theory test, b) practical work by individual and working groups.
