Planning and Quality Assurance
The Planning and Quality Assurance Division (DPGQ) carries out its activity within the scope of the global planning process, supervision of the implementation of planning and evaluation instruments, with particular responsibility for:
a) Carry out prospective studies to support decision-making, collecting statistical data and processing relevant information for the planning and strategic reflection process, monitoring its development until the execution phase and promoting its permanent evaluation, as well how to propose the necessary corrective measures;
b) Produce management indicators to evaluate the activity carried out by the Organic Units and Services;
c) Organize and process all information relevant to the University's global strategic planning;
d) Support the process of preparing the University's activity plan and report;
e) Prepare the University's QUAR proposal;
f) Support the organization of periodic evaluation of study cycles and monitor the University's evaluation programs to be carried out by A3ES;
g) Manage and monitor the quality assurance system and its continuous improvement process in the various aspects in use at the university, organizing the accreditation processes to be submitted to the competent authorities;
h) Ensure the file and archive of the office's own information;
i) Exercise other powers that are delegated to him.
