18th National Geotechnical Congress | 18CNG
The Portuguese Geotechnical Society (SPG) and the Department of Geosciences of the School of Sciences and Technology of the University of Évora (DGEO - ECT - UÉ) organize the 18th National Geotechnical Congress (18CNG), which will be held at the College of the Holy Spirit of the University of Évora from 14 to 17 May 2023.
The National Congress of Geotechnics is the main event organized by SPG, which has been held, as a rule, biennially since 1985 and whose main purpose is to promote the meeting of the geotechnical community in order to provide the exchange and updating of technical and scientific knowledge on the characterization and geotechnical behavior of geomaterials, as well as on the problems related to the design, construction, observation and rehabilitation of works in the area of Geotechnics.
