Learning Goals

A- To know:
1- And relate aspects of corporeity, health and illness, as well as therapeutic processes that articulate them;
2- Proximities, differences and interceptions between Psychomotricity and Expressive Therapies (ET);
3- Conceptual, methodological, and practical aspects of various approaches of ET
4- The development of programs, processes and interventions in different approaches of ET with different populations;
5- Basic techniques of Expressive Therapies that can be used by psychomotor therapists with different populations;
6- And be sensitive to the ethical and deontological dimensions of these practices
B - Developing skills of:
1- To deepen the reflection and sensitivity from bodily experiences with expressive mediators in the context of group dynamics;
2 - Identifying needs, choosing appropriate methodologies and approaches for different populations
3 - Development of sessions in simulated practice integrating Expressive Therapies techniques into psychomotor practice

6- Workshops and simulated practice

Teaching Methods

Theoretical component - intends theoretical deepening and development of personal skills, focusing on debate after exposing themes using
audiovisual materials.
Theoretical-Practical Component - intends to deepen students' personal development, development of listening and relationship skills, using
experiential work based on ET methodologies; intends also the development skills of planning and training in simulated practice
Tutorial Orientation - guides the student in his / her autonomous work of bibliographic research and in other tasks subject to evaluation.
Continuous assessment:
-Theoretical work on a topic within the discipline, which must be presented to the (50%)
-The dynamization in a small group of practical session integrating one of the expressive mediators in psychomotor practice (40%)
- Participation in classes and in discussion groups (10%)
Examination assessment
- A written exam that will cover all syllabus (70%)
- Oral exam
