.Enable the implementation of innovative ideas.
.Understand the mechanisms of the venture capital market.

.Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams;
.Capable of making decisions and solving problems related to implementation of projects financed by venture capital.

.Ability to identify, plan and conduct venture capital processes.

.Ability to communicate oral and written proficiency in the transmission and reception of ideas and information necessary for the implementation of procedures for venture capital financing.

Module 1 - Overview and framing of venture capital and financing innovation.

Module 2 - The financial structure of venture capital financing.

Module 3 - The evaluation of investments in venture capital and value addition.

Module 4 - The output and investment cycles in venture capital.

Teaching Methods

In we will look at different areas related to funding of innovative ideas and in particular the process associated with venture capital.
In addition to these materials are analyzed cases of companies and promoted critical thinking of students in the questioning of reality, and teamwork

Final approval of this discipline will result from the combination of two types of evaluation, namely:

- A group work that will consist in solving Cases Studies and their presentation in class.

- Written test to accomplish individually, it will cover the whole matter of the discipline.
