1. Introduction: theories and models for understanding human communication
2. Communication as transmission of information
3. Communication as social interaction - Analysis and Interpretation Model of Communication - Communication Model of the Coordinated Management of Meanings (CMM)
4. Communicational synchronization and emotion management
5. Functional role of verbal and non-verbal communication in interpersonal relationships in the family and in family health nursing practice.
6. Health Information Systems (including new technologies) and taxonomy in family nursing.
7. Promotion of family health nursing through the media

Teaching Methods

• Exhibition of program content;
• Discussion / reflection of the students (individual and / or in group) regarding the themes and programmatic contents taught;
• Realization of creative dynamics in relation to the topics and content covered.
Assessment method: Individual written work according to the 'newspaper club' methodology in the context of professional practice.
