Teaching Methods

The teaching methodologies expose the theoretical contents related to the various themes, from a more expository method, to a more interactive and participatory one; group SWOT analysis of a health service / team is carried out and areas for improvement in palliative care are found, with the definition of a quality indicator and respective standard. Practical examples and group reflections are given.
Each trainee, individually or in a group of two, presents a proposal for quality improvement. The work must contain: Scientific review that justifies the importance of the indicator in the PC; Justification of your choice; Improvement proposal, SWOT analysis, Areas for improvement, Objectives, Short term (1 year), medium (3 years) and long term (5 years) actions, justified; how to assess improvement; include bibliographic references.
