Teaching Methods
This CU is annual and in the 1st semester has contact 145h and 240h in the 2nd. The 1st semester is participant observation, towards a deeper understanding of the context in which the intervention will occur. The 2nd semester consists of sequences of teaching practice in classes of the middle school and secondary school.
The activities of the STP involve teaching practice, professional learning in conjunction with the themes to work in curriculum development, the self-study and reflective practice from field notes or diaries and participatory discussion among peers.
Formative assessment is preferred, being attended by students and supervisors in supervisory cooperative moments, culminating in the report of the STP, supported by the Guidelines for Assessment of STP .
Summative assessment has two components : Classification performance of STP developed in schools -65 %; Classification resulting of the appreciation by Jury Report of STP and its public discussion-35%
