Sustainable Development Goals

Learning Goals

1. Introduction to elements of architectural geometry.
2. Understanding the three-dimensional space and their two-dimensional representation
3. Understanding the three dimensional space representation by axonometrics

- The election of the type of axonometric (isometric, Dimetra, Trimetric, equestrian and military), according to the architectural object to represent
- Methods of construction of an axonometric
- The exploded axonometric
- Cut axonometric
- The use of transparency

Teaching Methods

Classes will be theoretical-practical. In will be given the theoretical knowledge required for subsequent implementation.
The student must choose one of the following types of assessment: continuous and final.
- Continuous assessment
In the regime of continuous assessment, the student will perform two tests of frequency, the chapters relating to subjects taught, and a practical work, consisting of various exercises. The average obtained in the final evaluation, corresponding to the simple arithmetic average of the two frequencies of the notes with a weight of 70% plus 30% of the evaluation obtained at work. The balance of the note of the work can not introduce variations above or below a value, the average of the two frequencies. If the student misses a partial or his evaluations were rated less than 8 values, the system will automatically be the final evaluation.
- Final evaluation
The student performs a test at the end of the year, covering the whole matter.

Assessment

4. TEACHING METHODOLOGIES / ASSESSMENT

4.1. Consistency of teaching methodologies with the objectives of the U.C. It is intended that students have the representational tools to convey their ideas fully. Classes will be of a theoretical/practical nature. In accordance with the Academic Regulations, assessment will be continuous and final.

4.2. Continuous assessment This will consist of a frequency test on the subject taught and a practical assignment made up of various exercises. The continuous assessment will be the combined mark for the work carried out in (40 percent). The remainder will be an attendance test worth (50%). Attendance will be worth (10%).

4.3. Final assessment The student will take a test at the end of the respective semester, which will cover the whole subject. Failure to pass one of the partial assessments will lead to a final assessment. A mark of less than 8 in one of the assessment tests will lead to a final exam.
