Teaching Methods

The teaching/learning process is based on the students' individual work, supported by the teacher's recommended bibliography and notes obtained by the students during the classes and on individual research. The lectures are classes of exposition of the subject during which there is the resolution of some exercises, clarification of doubts and discussion of topics related to the subject taught.
The laboratory practical classes work in conjunction with and complement the theoretical classes, using the planning and execution of laboratory work that gives practical examples of theoretical contents.
The student’s evaluation in this curricular unit will have two components, a theoretical and a laboratory practice. For the evaluation of the theoretical component students have two optional modalities, the frequency (2 tests) or the final exam.
The final evaluation is given by the contribution of the theoretical components (70%) and laboratory practice (30%).
