Teaching Methods

Teaching methodologies are based on the most recent knowledge about the teaching of Legal Sciences. We try to follow a methodology based on problem solving. Direct communication between teacher and students is encouraged, forcing them to do most of their learning path through a process of building knowledge by deduction. Classes are guided by a script discussion flow, starting with a starting question, which will affect the direction and depth of the discussion. Students are given the necessary time to reflect on the issue, giving every opportunity for individual construction (stay back, then quick). The discussion of cases is regularly complemented with hypotheses and problems, with an emphasis on the development of skills through construction activities in the classroom, to later be transposed to the autonomous study applied to Education and, finally, extended to everyday life. Evaluation: resolution of practical cases: 40%; theoretical test: 40%; oral test: 20%.
