Teaching Methods
a) The method adopted for the acquisition and development of knowledge is based in the model of teaching-research-application. The sessions will include expositive sessions, sessions doing team work and sessions for presentation and discussion of the realized projects (Role-Playing method);
b) The support material will be available in the e-learning Moodle platform in the University of Évora;
c) The grade will be based on the performance on several projects with different weights in the final grade: case studies (10%), write test (50%), theoretical works «Strategic Windows» or empirical projects «Strategic Plan for One Real Organization» (40%). Individual projects: Write Test and one Case Study. Projects in group: Strategic Windows or Strategic Plans and one Case Study.
