Teaching Methods
The syllabus will be worked in a perspective of critical analysis of the phenomena related to school violence and aggressive behaviors and their relationships with psychological research and intervention.
The classes will focus on the exposition and critical analysis of the syllabus and on the analysis, discussion and reflection of scientific articles, problematic situations and intervention programs, taking into account psychological research. The tutorial guidance intends to follow and support the works and respond to the interests and needs of the students.
Continuous evaluation consists in a written group work, and its presentation and discussion in (65%) and a critical review of an article used in group work (35%). The final assessment consists of a written test, covering all subjects taught (60%), and an individual written work (40%). In both elements of evaluation, there may be an oral discussion.
Classes are compulsory (minimum attendance of 75%).
