In a world context determined by the so-called globalization that affects politics, economics, and cultural blocks, it is important that students understand the main political, institutional or conflict mechanisms that gave rise to and have characterized this same framework. Thus, students should acquire skills in matters that, mainly at the political level, build and destroy mechanisms of composition and recomposition of the main actors in the world, as well as the problems created today by what can already be called the "Terrestrial City".
