Teaching Methods

The classes will take place in computer labs involving the use of i) data bases; ii) software for nucleotide and amino acid sequence analysis, in spite of to obtaining biochemical information that will contribute to i) team-elaboration reports of partial and progressive practical protocols, and ii) to elaborate individual written project that equates and solves a biochemical problem of a broad nature.
Evaluation method: continuous, by scales.
Final classification weight:
i) Successful resolution of the exercises proposed in the protocols given by the teacher (30%);
ii) Presentation and oral discussion of the results (20%);
iii) Written project (25%);
iv) Oral presentation/discussion of the project (25%).
