Teaching Methods


Some lectures, case studies, team work, problem solving, reflection. Autonomous work is expected from students.

Evaluation

a) Critical analysis of a system/process of performance evaluation/management, including its relation with professional and career development within the people management of an organization.
b) Literature review on a problem agreed with the professor

Final evaluation - exam (written)

A deep reflection on the theoretical contents and other information sources available like rules and legislation (since they are relevant) is expected from students.
