Teaching Methods
Given the specificity of this Curricular Unit, the teaching methodology based on the guidelines of the pedagogical model, will seek for students to carry out not only autonomous work, but also in groups. As mentioned, the specificity of horse riding requires the Teacher to carry out moments of oral communication, promoting discussion and the ability to argue with the class.
Use digital resources such as the internet, applications, software and videos, which allow demonstrating some of the intended content; and the sophisticated and technological method that this area uses in managing various topics.
Moodle will be used as a resource for organizing and accessing learning materials, as well as a means of communicating with the teacher and colleagues.

Assessment
CONTINUOUS EVALUATION
Theoretical Classification (40%): completion of two written tests.
Two frequencies are performed. Those who obtain a grade equal to or greater than 9.5 will move to the 2nd frequency.
Theoretical-Practical Classification (60%): individual performance in carrying out practical tasks, active participation and motivation in classes.
Final Grade Curricular Unit = (Evaluation of Practices x 0.60) + (1st Test x 0.20) + (2nd Test x 0.20)
FINAL EVALUATION
Anyone who does not obtain a grade equal to or greater than 9.5 in the 1st test will be assessed via a final theoretical exam; or opt for this process.
Regarding practice, students will be able to take a final exam, if they choose or if they do not obtain a pass equal to or greater than 9.5 during the continuous assessment.
WORKER-STUDENT ASSESSMENT
The student with Worker-Student Status, if not taking part in the continuous assessment, must schedule assessment moments (theoretical and practical) with the Teacher.
