5.Functional Classification in Adapted Sports
6.Adaptation Models (e.g., STEP model) in APA
7.Adapted Sports for People with Disabilities
Regarding skills/competencies, the goal is for students to:
8.Be able to define, according to participants' interests and needs, strategies for inclusion in physical and sports activities.
9.Select and implement adaptations in various variables (e.g., equipment, rules, and instruction).
10.Master rules and specific skills of various adapted sports.
11.Be capable of identifying the main barriers to participation in movement programs and implement transformative measures to address this reality.

8.Adapted Sports Wheelchair slalom, athletics, para-cycling, swimming, boccia, goalball, wheelchair basketball, adapted kinball, sitting volleyball, blind football, amputee football, etc.
Teaching Methods
Student-centered teaching model, employing active pedagogical strategies that make the relationships between the curriculum and its applicability to real-world problems implicit. The highlighted strategies include:
-Awareness activities based on experiencing adapted physical activities.
-Integration of expository moments with audiovisual resources to enhance students' attention and active participation.
-Utilization of interactive digital resources, including the Moodle platform and collaborative software (e.g., Google Sheets and VideoAnt).
-Collaborative approach based on the team-based learning methodology.
-Integration of teaching and research, promoting the dissemination of R&D projects and involving students in them.
-Interaction with people with disabilities from local clubs and associations.
-Additional curriculum-related training sessions and guest speakers from the field of APA.

Evaluation (continuous or final exam)
>70%, 2 tests (continuous assessment) or exam (regular exam / appeal exam)
>30%, application work
-Tests or exam. Focuses on the taught contents.
-Application work. In groups (max 5 students), students plan and implement a practical APA session for people with disabilities. In the appeal exam, students who did not complete this task will need to submit an individual project.
The minimum grade is 9.5 points for both tests/exams and the project.
