At the end of the course, it is intended that the student has developed the skills that allow him to:
1. Understand the impact of physical exercise on health and chronic disease management, recognizing its significance in integrative nursing.
2. Assess and adapt exercise programs, considering patients' needs, limitations, and goals.
3. Apply motivational strategies and follow-up techniques to promote adherence to exercise and foster sustainable lifestyle changes.
4. Adapt exercise promotion strategies to individual needs, considering their health conditions and sociocultural context.
5. Critically evaluate the impact of exercise-based interventions on patients' health and well-being, adjusting approaches as necessary.

Teaching Methods

The teaching methodology will be interactive expository (T), complemented by practical examples (TP) applied in a face-to-face context (workshops) and online (asynchronous sessions).
Different pedagogical resources will be used, including:
? Interactive teaching materials developed to support online and offline learning.
? Practical cases and simulations, allowing the application of acquired knowledge in real clinical practice situations.
? Explanatory videos, exercises and quizzes, with formative feedback to reinforce knowledge.
Assessment methodologies:
? The assessment takes place at the end of this training and corresponds to the presentation of a paper at a themed conference on a topic that the students will define and organize and which will form part of the PG Lifestyle Nursing: Integrative Intervention conference cycle.
? The approval of the training requires the achievement of a classification of ?9.5 values.
