At the end of the course, it is intended that the student has developed the skills that allow him to:
1. Understand the impact of hope and spirituality on the health and well-being of patients and nursing professionals, promoting a holistic approach to care.
2. Explore and apply health coaching principles in nursing, enabling professionals to guide patients in building healthy habits, self-awareness, and personal development.
3. Develop skills to integrate spirituality and life purpose into clinical practice, respecting patients' individuality and cultural diversity.
4. Reflect on the nurse?s role as a facilitator of overall well-being, promoting humanised care and encouraging the connection between mind, body, and spirit.

Teaching Methods
The Teaching Methodology will be Interactive Exhibition (T), illustrated with practical examples (TP), face-to-face (Workshops) or online (asynchrony sessions).
Assessment
The assessment takes place at the end of this training and corresponds to the presentation of a paper at a themed conference on a topic that the students will define and organize and which will form part of the PG Lifestyle Nursing: Integrative Intervention conference cycle.
