Objectives: Give the students the capacity to identify structures and archaeological materials, the ground; understand and learn to properly use the methods and techniques of analysis and exploration of the territory.
Skills: Ability to understand and evaluate the territory, diachronically; cartographic use of the means available for landscape analysis and recording of archaeological information, ability to identify and evaluate archaeological remains; ability to design and conduct archaeological surveys for different types of projects.

Teaching Methods
Practical classes in the field, covering different types of sites, chronologies and landscapes.
Some theoretical classes will be held to study cartography and analyse the different methodologies that can be used.

Assessment
Continuous assessment will be carried out through the preparation of a practical assignment, preferably on the subject of the dissertation to be completed (90 per cent) and student participation in lectures (10 per cent).
