Learning Goals

1. To make an approach to human communication in order to find, in it, the basis for a pedagogy of communication in Education.
2. To interpret the influence of human communication in professional interactions in the educational field.
3. To analyse the effective qualities of verbal and non-verbal messages, aiming at the teacher?s appropriate communicative competence, bearing in mind the need of harmony between verbal and non-verbal communication.
