2. Promote knowledge and understanding of the field of Organizational Psychosociology and the main organizational theories;
3. Expand knowledge of the functions, tasks and roles of psychologists in various organizations, and their articulation with other organizational activities, as well as their integration into the organizational mission;

Teaching Methods

Combination of expository techniques (theoretical classes) with elaboration techniques (practical classes and autonomous work) and thematic oriented debates. There are three visits of psychologists (areas: clinic, education and work and organizations) that aim to promote the understanding of their work and its articulation with the different interlocutors in different organizational contexts.

Evaluation:
Continuous evaluation: test (35%) + individual presentation of a current news (written or telecommunicated) explained by the organizational theories addressed in the UC (35%) + 1 individual report for each psychologist visit, whose objective is to articulate the information provided by the psychologist with the contents of the UC. (10% x 3 = 30%).
Final evaluation: final exam (65%) + individual presentation as described in continuous evaluation) (35%).
Mandatory attendance in 75% of classes (T and P), without prejudice to the provisions of the RAUÉ on special frequency regimes.
