Teaching Methods
Students are expected to actively participate. Classroom based. The expository and reflexive method is used. Situations will constantly be simulated in laboratory classes. Tutorials will be offered on an individual and/or group basis, either face-to-face or via video conference.
Continuous assessment will comprise a theoretical test and assessment of practical situations for sessions on the preparation of the birth (physical and psychological preparation, relaxation exercises, neuromuscular controls and breathing exercises). The final grade is the arithmetic average of the results from the two time points. Normal and catch-up exams are scheduled pursuant to the regulations in force.
