Summary

This investigation and translation of Heidegger is to continue the former, initiated with the publication in Portuguese of Holzwege (Awarded 2003). It now concentrates itself on 2 works of the beginning of the Kehre (Logik, 1934; and the Beiträge zur Philosophie). The subject of language and idiom becomes a central preoccupation, regarded as an axis around which the History of Being or its truth, which emerges in the human world and whose political form starts to manifest itself in a powerful way. The gathering of both themes (language and politics) constitutes one of the vectors for understanding this polemic period and allows us to find in it a set of worries common both to Heidegger and to contemporary authors such as the jurist C. Schmitt or linguist L. Weisgerber (both object of 2 PhD by members of this team). It also offers a way to access his reception within the Portuguese thought (object of another PhD). International cooperation, shall be porsuied.
